Light box plane backlight curtain solution

Most of normal backlight LEDs are point light source string, for example the LED module light, flexible combination for channel letter, and some irregular shape.

The curtain are LED light bar series connecting together. normal DC12V input, and current constant drive design for each LEDs. the bar can be custom length. here we made the data of 0.5M bar for your info:

The bar connect with each other with a specific holder, with screw hole for install. and each bar connect with 5cm cable, it's also a hang rope for the curtain.

The light source SMD5050 LEDs, tri-chip inside, single LED with more than 20lm output. and transistor CCT design, make sure the circuit in constant amber. the design for long-term working lightbox.

The curtain itself have consider of the light box usage, for 10cm thickness or deeper light box. hang the curtain inside, the average lux upon 1020lux, you can narrow the bar to make brighter light.

The whole system for a normal light box, will need just one more power supply, or a timer switch if you need. super easy for install.

There also slim type of light box, side emitting to a optical sheet. that's a little different, and will be different LEDs solution.
